Romy and Lux contract for Romy to construct an office building for Lux for $2 million. The contract requires Romy to build a two-story building, containing 10 offices, with 24 windows, and to have all this completed by June 1. On June 1, Romy has completed the requirements, except that only 22 windows have been installed. Romy cannot get the last two windows, in spite of trying to do so, because of a glass shortage. Lux sues Romy for breach of contract. What may Romy argue?
